This circa $22.0 million project includes the construction of a new two  storey 144 bed residential aged care facility, including dementia care.

The new two storey facility will include commercial  kitchen & laundry facilities, 2 passenger lifts, serveries and dining  rooms, various lounge areas, landscaped forecourt areas and external car parking.

Oz Metalwork have been contracted to design, draft, fabricate and install 33 tonnes of structural steel for the Low roof, canopy entry, upper roof and plantroom deck, including an access stair between the Northern and Southern buildings.
